Happy Birthday Glenrothes.

Glenrothes turns 60 this year, and will shortly be joining the pension queues in the post office. Here's the BBC reporting on the story. There are celebrations planned all year round, although I think a massive party in the Kingdom Centre on a Saturday night with free drink all round, live music, guest dj's and ceilidh bands is what's really needed. Please sort it out council members, as there's only so much time left before Glenrothes starts to turn senile, forgets everybody's names and needs help going to the toilet. Anyway, have a look at the new day video below if you want a look back at the town when it was still young, enthusiastic, full of optimism and smelled of fresh paint all round.
